We specify the glass thickness for your project, selecting from 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, or 20mm profiles, based on the span, support mechanism, and location. Rather than using stock glass, a local supplier fabricates each panel to these specifications.
Our structural metal hardware is sourced from outside suppliers and made to Prestige specifications. Any accompanying wood top caps or base shoes are custom-milled in our Calgary shop and delivered ready for finishing.
Installation is completed by professionals, the majority of whom are trained in-house. We typically require at least three weeks’ notice to schedule your installation once specifications and pricing are confirmed, which covers manufacturing the components and booking your installation date.
Our quality control team conducts an on-site check 24 hours after installation. Small repairs are handled on site, while larger repairs are scheduled for later.

Custom Stair Construction
We build custom interior stairs, including spiral, curved, wood, and floating stairs. Our floating stairs are built using wood and metal only (no concrete), with treads supported by one or two visible stringers at the sides. We do not construct stairs with stringers hidden behind walls, and nothing is cantilevered or concealed.
Important Note
We do not perform demolition, disposal of your existing staircase, or finishing work (painting, staining, carpeting, or tiling). All stairs and railings are handed over ready for your painter to finish on site. We also do not refinish existing stairs.

Yes, provided they are properly designed and specified. We select glass thickness based on your specific application and verify every design against current building codes during the drawing process. Any engineering drawings and formal approvals are the customer’s or contractor’s responsibility.
